Charles A. Frazier, LCSW, CEAP, MBA

Charles A. Frazier has more than 25 years of experience in social services, management, and marketing/business development. As President and Co-Founder of Radiance Innovative Services, Charles has dedicated his work to finding therapeutic solutions in building healthy relationships. He embraces the ideology that healthy relationships consist of healthy individuals. He brings a non- judgmental perspective to the treatment process fostering a safe environment for individuals to begin facing their unresolved trauma. In the field of academia, Charles served as an adjunct professor at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) and as Field Placement Supervisor at Yale Divinity School. Currently, he is teaching at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU), and The University of St. Joseph MSW Program.

Recently listed as Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence First 100 Member, Charles remains devoted to the empowerment of individuals. He serves as an appointee to the Connecticut Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee and as a Commissioner of the Commission of Equity and Opportunity. In his most recent publication, “Crossing The Line: A Model For Domestic Violence Therapy,” Charles provides a theoretical framework for the therapeutic work outlined in this handbook. Charles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). He holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Hartford, a Masters of Social Work (MSW) in Casework from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Hampton University in Virginia.
